HOW MUCH MONEY DO I NEED TO START AN ORDER?
When you place your order, the minimum deposits are as follows. $100 for Ultrium, $100 for Class Necklaces $150 for Extreme Silver and Extreme Aurista, $175 for 10k Gold and $225 for 14k Gold. A deposits is required. You have (3) three business days to cancel or make changes to your order. After that, the order is submitted to the factory and the deposit is then non-refundable.
HOW MUCH WILL MY CLASS RING COST?
Herff Jones has a wide range of prices to offer high school students. Due to the current volatility of the price of gold on the world market, prices will vary at different times. Printed material given at your school are dated with effective pricing through dates.
WHAT IF I MOVE TO ANOTHER SCHOOL OR MY GRADUATION YEAR CHANGES?
Herff Jones will make a new ring for you, at no charge, in exchange for your original ring. Contact our office and we will assist you. 239-278-4555
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE THE RING?
Production takes between 8-10 weeks depending on the time of year the order is placed. We deliver all the rings at one delivery back to the school once they are in. Some schools also have special ring ceremonies when the rings are delivered. Emails from firstname.lastname@example.org will be sent once that date is set, so please make sure you print your email address or parents email legibly on the order form. We can also ship the ring to your home if so desired.
WHAT IF MY FINGER GROWS?
Herff Jones will resize your class ring free of charge for the life of your ring.
WHAT IF MY CLASS RING IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Herff Jones offers an insurance program through the Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP) that is good for six years after the order date. This program allows you to pay a deductible to have your class ring remade in the event that it is lost or stolen and is based on the metal quality of the ring. Please call 1.800.451.3304 to report a lost or stolen ring.
HOW WILL I DETERMINE MY RING SIZE?
Your Herff Jones Sales Representative will take special care to professionally size your finger for a proper fit. Your ring should be slightly snug as it passes over your knuckle. Do not allow room to grow; remember your Lifetime Warranty will cover any resizing.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY RING COMES IN?
You will receive an email from email@example.com to inform you of the date when our sales representatives will be at your school to deliver your ring, as well as the balance you might owe at that time.
CAN I PLACE MY CLASS RING ORDER OVER THE PHONE OR VIA FAX?
We do not accept telephone or fax orders. You are welcome to place your order online at highschool.herffjones.com, during the order-taking sessions at your school, parent nights, and in our Fort Myers office.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF A RING REPAIR?
Ring repairs take approximately 6 weeks. In most cases they are mailed directly to your home. If you have not received your ring or heard from us after 6 weeks, please contact our Fort Myers office. (239)-278-4555
DOES MY MASCOT COME ON THE RING?
For ring styles that take a mascot, your official school mascot design is included in the base price. You can also add another prideside for an additional cost if you do not want your mascot.
