FAQ - Cap & Gown

When ordering my cap and gown either online or at the school ordering dates, when will I receive it?
All cap and gowns regardless of where you ordered will be shipped to the school as part of our contract with the district/schools and typically handed out 1-3 weeks prior to graduation. Schools will announce those dates later in the spring.

Can I get a refund on my cap and gown if circumstances change before graduation?
If you ordered during either the Early Bird or Regular price periods you will be eligible for a refund. Any other fees associated with the price are non-refundable. Request must be made in writing to info@gradproinc.com and received prior to graduation. We must receive the unopened unit returned to our Fort Myers office by May 26th. If any part of the unit has been opened or taken out, the refund is null and void.
